FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. WHAT IS THE EXPECTED TURN AROUND FOR IMAGES?

Your initial proofing gallery will be available in low-resolution within two days. After you submit your list of final selections for retouching, your high-resolution, multi-use files will be delivered into a new tab within the same link within five days.

2. HOW MANY IMAGES DO YOU DELIVER WITH A GALLERY?

I don’t believe in putting strict limits on your final gallery.  After the session, I deliver an unlimited final gallery, giving you access to the vast majority of our shoot once I cull out the blinks and low-quality frames. ( Unless they feel intentional and artistic ) Even if we have different favorites, my priority is ensuring you walk away with the retouched selections that reflect the moments you love most.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Hey human, I know that things come up! As long as you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session, there is no fee. But, if you cancel within 24 hours of the shot time or do not show up for your appointment, the $150 deposit to cover the blocked time will be forfeited and cannot be rolled over to a new date.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Your retouched final selects are always included in your gallery in high resolution and web quality for download. For your convenience, your Pixieset gallery connects directly to a professional third-party print lab, allowing you to order high-quality prints, albums, and more with just a few clicks.

I have a trusted individual whom I can recommend based on your needs. Their services are not included in my rate, and you would coordinate and book them directly.

I have a trusted network of hair and makeup professionals I’m happy to recommend based on your needs. Their services are not included in my rate, and you would coordinate and book them directly.

7. Do you do tests?

Photography is my profession, and with overhead costs, I need to prioritize paid work. I completely understand if that doesn’t fit your budget, but I’m not able to take on unpaid shoots. I appreciate you respecting that and understanding that my time and work have value.

8. Are your rates negotiable?

I’m actually quite affordable for the Los Angeles market. My pricing reflects my $25K professional kit—three cameras, five lenses, and Profoto lighting—along with years of experience and fast turnaround. I own a studio, and I also deliver the majority of the strong images from the shoot, rather than just my personal selects.
